The Wizard
When creating a cycle the Wizard guides you through the allocation components and saves the data in SAP-compatible form. The user-friendly navigation allows you to rapidly and easily click through the interactive buttons: Select sender, select recipient, select sender path, ..., select rule, .... Existing segments or cycles can easily be edited, copied, moved, deleted etc.

Controlling Cycles
Before retransmitting the data to SAP, our software performs strict controls, which completely integrate with the formal cycle check by SAP. In addition, verification of the data through content logic rules (business rules, guidelines, reference models ...) is done in Design. If the data is coherent, you export it with a simple click back to SAP, where another, content-free matching process is performed.

Quality Assurance
All master data is imported from SAP at runtime and then completely integrated in Design. Thus, this tool guarantees a high level of quality assurance at every processing stage, while strictly respecting SAP user authorizations: users have only access to the data they are authorized to view in SAP! A release procedure assures the processing quality step by step (request release and manual release).

Bulk Processing
The Bulk Processing feature allows you to simultaneously edit the settings of several segments and cycles. It offers comprehensive features to filter, search/replace, copy, import, export etc.

Where-used list
The where-used list enables a systematic search for allocation objects of the entire department. This feature is a great help for everyone in charge of a cost center.

Version History
The version history offers a unique view into the past. You can track the history of your allocations far into the past.

Data Exchange with Microsoft Office
Design not only communicates with SAP but can be exported or uploaded with just a few clicks, i.e. to Microsoft Excel.
