Activating Extra Module “Flexible Processing”

ACTIVE_FP

This constant is used to activate the Flexible Processing module (license required!) for the selected planning layout. This means that, by using the extra module, the postings (or read operations), that are to be made at the individually selected cost center, will automatically be initiated from Allevo. It is not necessary to separately start the module.

Activation follows the same process as the general activation of satellites in the constant ACTIVE_SAT, i.e. using a 99-digit combination of the numbers 0 and 1.

Column Value from activates the write function of the extra module; column Value to - the read function.

After the write mode has been set for a specific satellite table, the extra module will automatically make a reconciliation entry for the content of this table when the planning data is transferred to SAP.

In the read-only mode, an additional button appears to indicate that the Allevo Master has been opened for the selected cost center in SAP. This button is used to execute the read operation of the extra module for the cost center in process. The text of the button can be changed using the constant BUTTON_FP_READ.

What satellites should be used in the Flexible Processing can be easily determined via the wizard in the constant management (see button |Sat.Assistant|, a check in column FP or FPR). The number combinations are automatically also stored in the constant.

Note:

Only those satellites which have previously been activated for the planning layout in the constant ACTIVE_SAT can be activated for the extra module.
