Shuttle with extended Authorization Check

AUTHORIZATION_SHUTTLE

Shuttle is a tool for the general use of satellite data. In general, the authorization for the respective transaction  /ALLEVO/SHUTTLE is therefore only given to administrator roles. But even in this case, the user only gets access to a selection of satellites he/she has access to through an appropriate Allevo layout.

From Allevo 3.3 the shuttle can also be called using the button |satellite tables| on the start screen of any Allevo planning transaction, which requires the authorization ZIPP_SAT.

In individual cases, however, a further break down of authorizations can be useful on the object level, for example, to limit access for certain cost centers. This function must additionally be activated via the constant AUTHORIZATION_SHUTTLE in the *-layout (X in the column Value from).

NOTE:  The authorization checks carried out for the planning object in the satellite’s field COOBJECT are the same as when being run via an Allevo planning layout, for example verification of the authorization object K_CSKS_PLA for cost centers. Reading and writing authorizations are required.
