Labelling the Button “Documentation”

BUTTON_DOCU

// Allevo 3.0 and later

Allevo provides the option to define customized documentation (see the manual). It is activated using the button in the respective Allevo start screen or (version 3.0 and later) directly via a button in the Excel planning screen.

BUTTON_DOCU is used to specify the title of the |Documentation| button in the Allevo planning screen (see entry in column Value from).

If X is entered in column Value to, the button is hidden when the planning screen is opened.

New for Allevo 2.8 and later: Language-specific texts

In Allevo 2.8 and later, an additional feature to maintain language specific texts is available; the relevant name scheme is <BUT_xx_DOCU> with xx standing for the selected language.

EXAMPLE: BUT_EN_DOCU defines a button label text in English.

New for Allevo 3.0.10: Visibility

Alternatively, SAP-User-Names can be entered in the column Value to (separated by comma); in this case the button will only be available to these users.
