Labelling the Button „HRC Batch-Mode“
BUTTON_HRC_BATCH
// Allevo 3.3 and later
With the Allevo Business Client (ABC), a batch mode is made available to automatically actualize a variety of objects, such as cost centers (for example to calculate the impact of a price increase in the HRC).
Processing of the objects is controlled by the Allevo status:
§ Only objects having status 2 (= read) are processed
§ Every successfully processed object is automatically set to status 3 (= planned)
This approach enables processing of objects in blocs, and controllers can decide very individually which objects are to be planned automatically.
NOTE: This feature is very powerful since it allows automatic calculation and saving to SAP of plan data for a high variety of objects. All objects processed are given a new status. It is therefore recommended to create a separate layout for batch mode processing, in order to not influence the standard planning process.
The entry in the column Value from defines the labelling of the button on the ABC planning screen.
The button is only visible in ABC, if an additional X is set in the column Value to. Alternatively, SAP user names can be entered in the column Value to (separated by comma); in this case the button on the Excel planning screen will only be visible to these users.
NOTE: Analogously to the HRC concept, the constant is only relevant when activated via ABC (not in the in place application). Originally, this function was developed for the supplementary module HRC, but is can also be used in ABC standard.
