Save Allevo File Locally

DAT_LOK

When closing the Allevo planning interface in Excel, a request usually appears asking if the Allevo Master shall be saved as backup together with the current data. This local backup may then of course be used for further offline planning (for the later upload to SAP).

If, however, the constant DAT_LOK is active (X in column Value from), the user will be asked to locally save his Excel file right after reading the reference data. The suggested path is determined via the Allevo file management (e.g. via the symbolic name ALLEVO_DOWNLOAD).

If N is entered in column Value from, the request for local saving will be skipped. Also the PopUp asking to save a local copy of the Excel file when closing planning will then no longer appear.

Note:

See also constant BEENDEN_TEXT to modify the PopUp text that appears by default when closing the Allevo planning.
