MOD with Pre-defined Cost Elements

MOD – MultiObject Dynamics – is a special version of Allevo MultiObject through which the cost element structure of the selected object is dynamically transferred from SAP to Excel.

The constant DYN_KSTAR_FIX is used to replace the cost element selection via fixed entries. The selection line is also hidden from the Allevo start screen in this case (the line with cost elements ´from/to´ and ´cost element group`).

The constant is activated by X in column Value from.

The cost elements that should be used as fixed selection parameters have to be entered to column Value to separated by comma.

Numbers 1, 2 and 3 can be entered in column Value from:

1 – The list of cost elements, entered in column Value to, will be considered (equivalent to the entry of X, which can still be used)

2 – In this case the cost elements can additionally be limited (restricted) with regard to areas. I.e. the parameter From/to, in which an entry of an “-“ defines the area (so there must be cost elements in the system that would include an “-“). Single values and areas can be combined; the entries in column Value to must again be separated by comma. Examples for Value to: 420000-430000, 440100, 451000-460000

3 – In column Value to a cost element group can also be specified (only one group)
