MOD with Preselection via Posted Cost Elements |
|
DYN_KSTAR_PRE
* from Allevo version 3.0 (extended in 3.4)
The classical Multi Object List Form (MOM) has a fix object and cost element structure that must be defined centrally in Excel or via satellite 0. In the variant of the dynamic cost element structure (MOD = MultiObject-Dynamics) however, relevant rows are generated automatically with cost elements (see constant DYN_KSTAR_SAT).
With the active constant DYN_KSTAR_PRE, only posted cost elements are transferred to the Allevo Master with MOD (might also apply to statistical key figures, see below).
|
Note: |
If constant DYN_KSTAR_PRE is active, cost elements will be removed from the total list, influencing also summation levels. Deviations in the sort sequence might therefore appear depending on the sorting option in DYN_KSTAR_SAT (must be checked for the individual case). |
In the simplest case, the constant is activated by entering X in column Value from.
As an alternative, you may also enter a sequence of five 1 values that explicitly define the relevant data. Meaning of the respective digit:
▪ 1st digit: Check COSS
▪ 2nd digit: Check COSP
▪ 3rd digit: Comments in /KERN/IPPCOMMENT
▪ 4th digit: Check COKP
▪ 5th digit: Check COKS
With standard value X, all checks will be performed; when entering the series 01000, only COSP data will be checked (primary costs).
|
Note: |
Deactivate constant PRE_SELECT to avoid double requests. When activating this constant, planning data may only be entered for cost elements that already contain actual or planning data in the evaluation period. To plan new cost elements, it may be useful to alternatively work with the usual PRE_SELECT for performance improvement. |
* new from Allevo version 3.2
If constant DYN_STAGR_SAT is active, then constant DYN_KSTAR_PRE will activate preselection also for the MOD application with statistical key figures.
From Allevo version 3.2, the MOD may also call the ProCED for the selection of available posting rows (corresponding entry in the Sat.Assistant). In this case, DYN_KSTAR_PRE is ineffective.
* new from Allevo version 3.4
Depending on different MOD setup parameters, you should skip the function of DYN_KSTAR_PRE; e.g. if a preselection cannot give any reasonable results. The constant is therefore automatically deactivated with the following constants / settings:
· DYN_KSTAR_FIX with option 4 for transfer of cost element groups.
· GRP_LEVEL_RESOLVE is active, also resulting in a transfer of object groups.
· Reading via 1:n cost element groups (preselection would currently only check the values for the representative cost element, not for the entire group).
With 1:n object groups, the group is now resolved and Preselect is executed for all objects of the group.
So far, it was possible to get “gaps“ in the display of the hierarchy levels when using DYN_KSTAR_PRE . By now, missing totals lines are inserted automatically.
