MOD Reading Out Historic Data

DYN_KSTAR_SAT_RANGE

The data of all the objects (e.g. cost centers) which are – based on the column definitions applied – currently stored in the system, is by default read out when MOD (MultiObject Dynamics) is started.

Additionally, a relevant time frame is created through those particular column definitions. A corresponding master record basing on the end-data and deletion indicator is also being reviewed.

In this case the data from the master records beyond that time frame are not transmitted to Excel and thus are no longer available for the planning. This check applies to object types KS and PC (not to OR!).

The constant DYN_KSTAR_SAT_RANGE allows managing the processing of historical objects individually (only for KS and PC). The possible options are:

▪ A temporal read out of all the data by entering X in column Value from

▪ Alternatively, an entry of a column definition containing the desired time frame.

Note:

The constant DYN_KSTAR_SAT_RANGE will only be efficient if the basic MOD functions are activated through DYN_KSTAR_SAT.
