MOD: Observe Allevo Object Status

DYN_KSTAR_SAT_STATUS

* from Allevo version 3.2 (extended in 3.3.41)

In an Allevo Master with dynamic cost element structure (MOD = MultiObject-Dynamics), the relevant posting combinations are automatically generated as rows in the Excel sheet (see constant DYN_KSTAR_SAT). Allevo constructs, for example, a combination of all objects and cost elements specified in the start screen.

Constant DYN_KSTAR_SAT_STATUS serves the function of additionally taking the Allevo status into account when arranging the posting combinations. The constant is activated by an entry in column Value from. Two options are available for selection:

·         X means all objects with a valid Allevo status are considered (status 01 to 06).

·         Alternatively, relevant status values may be entered as comma-separated list, e.g. “01,02,03“ in order to transfer only those objects to Excel that are open for planning.

An entry in column Value to serves to determine the MOD function that a status shall be evaluated for (application area). The following options are available for selection:

·         MOD_KSTAR         Cost element MOD (controlled via DYN_KSTAR_SAT)

·         MOD_STAGR         Stat key figures (controlled via DYN_ STAGR_SAT)

·         SAT_OBJECTS1     Additional object list (see constant DYN_SAT_OBJECTS, option 1)

·         SAT_OBJECTS5     Additional object hierarchy (see constant DYN_SAT_OBJECTS, option 5)

The first two entries refer to the posting combination of the MOD. The last two options refer to additional lists in the context: useful e.g. if a proposal list shall be kept via DYN_SAT_OBJECTS for further objects.

Multiple options may again be active simultaneously using a comma-separated list in column “Value to”.

Example:

The specification “MOD_KSTAR,MOD_STAGR“ checks the object state both in the cost element MOD and in the variant with stat. key figures. Currently, however, the status is not yet considered when linking MOD and ProCED.

The specification “MOD_KSTAR,SAT_OBJECTS5“ checks the object state when creating the MOD cost element list, at the same time, the object provided by another satellite with constant DYN_SAT_OBJECTS is cleared. If an object selection is provided in Excel based on this satellite, only objects with status are available here as well.
