MOD Activating the Transfer of Statistical Key Figures

MOD – MultiObject Dynamics – is a special version of Allevo MultiObject through which the cost element structure of the selected object is dynamically transferred from SAP to Excel (see constant DYN_KSTAR_SAT).

With the activated constant DYN_STAGR_SAT the statistical key figures are additionally transmitted to Excel. This data transfer is only possible with MultiObject Dynamics for cost elements. Hence the constant DYN_KSTAR_SAT hast to be simultaneously active, otherwise there will be no effect of DYN_STAGR_SAT.

The transfer of data back to the Allevo Master is possible with the help of the satellite table which is to be defined in the constant. To activate the constant, enter the number of a corresponding satellite in column Value from. Specify the sorting type in column Value to – sort by object (=1), or by key figures (=2).

Note:

In contrast to MultiObject Dynamics for cost elements, this constant does not offer an opportunity to control the amount of statistical key figures that are to be transferred to Excel. It is therefore advised to use additionally the constant DYN_STAGR_GRP in order to specify a particular group of statistical key figures that are to be transferred. A separate area is provided for displaying statistical figures in Excel. Relevant planning lines are generated in Excel automatically. To avoid occasionally exceeding the permissible amount of lines in Excel, a warning message can be created (use the constant DYN_STAGR_ROWS).
