Dynamic X: Reading CO Recipients

The dynamic range X covers the recipient objects for the activity relations of the sending cost center. CO objects of the cost center, order and WBS element type are listed in detail as a recipient activity. This is a read-only feature. It is not possible in SAP to plan the settlement stating the sender.

The constant DYN_X controls the reading of the recipient CO object. Entering  „–“ in column Value from deactivates the reading.

Note:

Generally, the dynamic ranges are activated by the corresponding row definition in the Allevo Master. If these are not available in the Master, the dynamic range is inactive even if „–“ is not set for the constant.

If V is specified as Value to, monthly recipient object values are read instead of quantities.

Limitations in function for version 3.0 and later. Relevant for a new month planning for more than 2 years.

· With „–“ in column Value from the reading of the data for the dynamic range X remains deactivated.

· ´V´ in column Value to is however no more efficient since the distinction between quantities and values is now performed via column definitions in month columns.

Note:

The constant DNY_X only refers to the dynamical range X. Reading of Y and Z range is controlled by the constants DYN_Y or DYN_Z.
