Dynamic X with Aggregated Allocation Relationships

DYN_X_EXT

*Allevo version 2.9.39 and later

The dynamic range X embraces the receiver objects for the activity relationships between the sending cost centers. The CO objects of the cost center type, order and WBS elements are listed in detail as a receiver service. This characteristic has an exclusively reading function.

The constant DYN_X_EXT allows conducting planning for the allocated relationships basing on the aggregated values (e.g. via an activity type stored in Excel). The following functions are available here:

§  In case of multiple allocations, only the initial object is selected. Intermediate steps are ignored during the reading.

§  A pre-aggregation takes place, e.g. in form of a total-count for each cost element. Further aggregations can then be carried out on the Excel page.

The constant is activated if an entry is made in the first four positions of the column Value from. The initial object is then selected, and the further intermediate allocation steps excluded. Several aggregation possibilities are available:

§  0 or empty
No aggregation

§  1
Aggregation across all cost elements; the cost element is ignored and not transferred to Excel.

§  2
Aggregation on the sender cost center level; the sender cost center is ignored and not transferred to Excel (relevant in 1:n only)

§  3
Aggregation on the sender activity type level; the sender activity type is ignored and not transferred to Excel.

§  4
Aggregation on the receiver activity type level; the receiver activity type is ignored and not transferred to Excel.

Note:

The constant DNY_X_EXT relates only to the dynamic range X. The reading of ranges Y and Z is regulated through DYN_Y or DYN_Z respectively.
