Dynamic X: Replace CO recipient by PC

DYN_X_PC

The dynamic range X allows reading the recipient objects for the activity relations of the sending cost center. CO objects of the cost center, order and WBS element type are listed in detail as a recipient activity. This is a read-only feature. In SAP it is not possible to plan the settlement stating the sender.

The DYN_X_PC constant now allows to "exchange" the receiving CO object against the profit center specified in the master data of the CO object.

Entry X in column Value from to activate the constant.

The following entries are now possible for Value to:

§ blank
The dynamic list only shows the profit center. All recipient relations to be read are aggregated via this profit center.

§ 1
The dynamic list shows the profit center and the activity type. No aggregation is made (see note).

§ 2
The dynamic list shows the profit center and the activity type. Aggregation is made according to both criteria.

Note:

Variant 1 may result in a multiple occurrence of a specific combination of activity type and profit center, since several CO objects may have been allocated to the relevant profit center. This feature is available in Allevo 2.6 and later.
