Determining Exchange Rate for Type and Date

EXCH_RATE_PARAM

*Allevo version 3.1 and later

For each planning object an exchange rate in a corresponding areas currency is provided by Allevo.

In order to determine this exchange rate, a course type and a date are required: by default, Allevo takes over the data in the way they are stored in a current planning version (see transaction OKEQN). If no value date is entered, Allevo uses the current date.

Alternatively, both parameters can be predefined by the constant EXCH_RATE_PARAM:

·         The course type for the data is specified in column Value from.

·         The date is entered in column Value to (8-digit format yyyymmdd: e.g. B. 20141224).

Note:

See below the relevant parameters in the Allevo Master:

GLOBAL_CONTROLLINGAREACURRENCY (controlling area currency)

CC_CURROBJECT (object currency)

CC_CURRATE (exchange rate of an object in a corresponding area currency)
