FILE_HELP

* Allevo version 3.0 and later

Allevo disposes of a F1 Help (CHM file) in two languages, where all constants are explained in detail. The two following files are delivered for that:

▪ IPPHILFE_DE.chm

▪ IPPHILFE_EN.chm

The constant FILE_HELP defines the symbolic path- and file name, under which the relevant help file is to be found in the network. The constant is activated by entering X in column Value from. A respective symbolic file name is to be entered in column Value to (can be regulated via the button |File.Assistant| in the settings dialogue of the constant).

Below is an example of a valid path (in a language dependent help):

Z:\Public\Test\help\ipphilfe_<LANGUAGE>.chm

If the path of the help file is the same for all users, the symbolic name ALLEVO_HELP can alternatively be applied via the button |File.Assistant|. In this case a separate entry in the constant is not required.

Note:

In earlier versions of Allevo the path of the help file was to be defined by the SAP Customizing transaction FILE. This entry will continue to be used if no regulations were applied via the constant and the data assistant correspondingly.
