Report Interface: Display Comments with Cost Element Groups

The report/report interface uses variants KOMMENTAR and KOMMENTAR2 to display comments. With the first variant, data are displayed based on the cost element; in the second case, no reference is made to the cost element (therefore, a list of all the comments appears).

If the constant GROUP_COMMENT is defined, also those comments that have been entered directly for cost element groups in the Allevo planning transactions appear (KOMMENTAR must be selected as a variant).

An entry in column Value from activates the constant. The following options are available for the reading of comments:

▪ S = display comments for the selected group

▪ G = display comments for the selected group AND the subordinate groups

▪ L = display comments for the group and the corresponding cost elements from the first stage (i.e. not from the subordinate groups)

▪ A = display comments for the group and all subordinate elements and groups

Note:

Due to the specific structure of the report/report interface, comments can only be displayed for those cost element groups, for which the 1:n function is defined in an Allevo planning layout. Specify the planning layout in the report /KERN/IPPCCA051R of the report interface in order to read out this 1:n-definition as well as the constant GROUP_COMMENT. Different displays can be selected depending on the report variant.
