Import Offline File with Deviating Selection |
|
HEADER_NO_ERROR
Allevo allows to open an existing Excel file containing e.g. offline planning data upon calling the planning (button |Open file|).
In this case, Allevo checks whether the current specifications (e.g. object number and planning year) are matching the data based on which the Excel file was created. If there are any discrepancies, an error message “Planning object of the file does not match the selection data” appears. This is to prevent accidentally selecting a wrong Excel file for planning (e.g. the one of the previous year or another plan version).
In exceptional cases, however, it may be useful to include a file despite inconsistent characteristics: if the constant HEADER_NO_ERROR is activated, Allevo asks whether the selected file shall be uploaded deliberately. By confirming the query, the header data will be replaced on the side of Excel by the current settings of the SAP-side. Then, reference data may be read and planning data adopted as usual.
Deviations are permitted in planning year and version (column definition CX_WW) as well as in the to-period (CX_RR). Cross-object reading will still be prevented (it is NOT possible to upload data of the cost center xxx to the cost center yyy).
The constant is activated by entering X in column Value from.
Specify the authorization group in column Value to in order to define the circle of users that shall be allowed to upload a file. E.g. the entry ZIPP_ADM only authorizes the Allevo administrator to overwrite the old Excel selection data. If no entry is made, all users are allowed to upload a file, as described above.
|
Note: |
The selection data used to create the Excel file are saved in the fields with the name definitions CC_OBECT, CC_YEAR, CC_VERSION, CC_PERITO. With the Allevo Multi, this is done for every worksheet created. |
|
Note: |
In earlier versions of Allevo (before Allevo 3.2), the restriction could only be made for authorization groups ZIPP_ADM, ZIPP_STA and ZIPP_PLA. |
