Status with Extended Authorization Check

LIST_RIGHT_CHECK

The constant activates an extended authorization check within the status management, i.e. only those objects are displayed that a user holds a reading authorization for.

Activation is performed by entering X in column Value from (the authorization check is currently not conducted for object type PR).

Note:

The constant LIST_RIGHT_CHECK must always be entered in the so-called * layout. Entries in named layouts of Allevo are ignored. With export/import functions of Allevo, the constant may optionally be transferred.

* Modification in version 3.3

If the constant is active, it will not only be queried directly in the status management but also in the overviews in menu “Tools>Selection settings“ there.

Satellite maintenance in the administration menu no longer relevant

In earlier program versions, the constant had also been evaluated within the “satellite maintenance“: those objects (cost centers, orders …) that the user was holding a planning authorization for, were selected. From Allevo 3.3, the function |Satellites| branches directly in the Shuttle as general Allevo tool for processing data in satellites. Activate constant AUTHORIZATION_SHUTTLE if you desire an explicit authorization check here (then, the same checks for object authorizations apply as during the start of an Allevo planning transaction).
