Transfer Cost Center Activity Types

LSTAR_FROM_SAP

In the case that activity types are to be planned for a specific cost center, Allevo allows the user to read the available activity types directly from SAP when calling the cost center.

The basis is the availability of a price for the activity type of the cost center in combination with the planning year and version. This means that if activity prices (or preliminary prices) have been planned, an activity type will be read out for the cost center (based on SAP table COST).

Enter X in column Value from of the constant LSTAR_FROM_SAP to activate this option. Once the cost center is opened for planning from the Allevo start screen, the allocated activity types including the corresponding texts will be transferred in the lines defined with M in the Allevo Master.

In transaction KSMO, the activity types for the representative object are read (this function is available from Allevo 3.0.5).

Note:

For this reason, at least as many lines as the maximum number possible for a cost center should be configured for the activity planning in the Allevo Master. The activity types are listed in alphabetic order.

The CY_KEYSA column (sender activity type; normally necessary for activity input planning only) in the Allevo Master shows the activity price indicator of the relevant price. Provided that planning by rules has been activated for the relevant cost center - activity type combination, X is added to the activity price indicator (a definition must be provided in the IPP_Lstars table, which is a part of the planning by rules). This can be useful if prices with an activity price indicator 3 (manual planning) shall be planned with Allevo as well.
