Authorization Check of Objects (MultiObject) without Output List

NO_MO_COOBJ_LIST

* from Allevo version 2.9.22 (extended in version 3.2)

In the MultiObject mode, Allevo checks by default whether an authorization for processing the planning objects is available. Objects with no existing authorization will be listed subsequent to the check.

However, if a large number of objects is stored in the Allevo Master, the list of the discarded objects may appear to be very long. For that reason, it is possible to prevent the generation of this list using the constant NO_KSTAR_LIST). The authorization check will still be performed.

The constant NO_KSTAR_LIST is activated through special entries in column Value from. The following options are available here:

X = the list of objects without authorization will no longer be displayed

S = summary in one line: “Authorization missing for one or several planning objects”.

Note:

See also constant NO_KSTAR_LIST with the same function for the results of the authorization check for cost elements.
