Execute Supplementary Program after Generation of Offline Data

OFFLINE_GEN_PROGRAM

In single cases, it may be useful to launch further actions after the Excel files have been generated in the Allevo offline process (e.g. forwarding the generated files).

A suitable program can be integrated with the constant OFFLINE_GEN_PROGRAM. Important: in this case, it is a Windows program that must be installed on the local work center (it is thus not about an ABAP program in the SAP system).

The program name (incl. path specification) must be entered in column Value from.

Optional parameters, which are transferred when starting the program, may be specified in column Value to.

The entry may also contain place holders as they are common for symb. file names of Allevo file management (e.g. to transfer group IDs).

Note:

The constant only applies for the automatic generation of offline files (after processing all files). When saving a file via BUTTON_SAVE_AS in Excel planning view, OFFLINE_GEN_PROGRAM will not be considered.
