Execute Supplementary Program before Reading Plan Data in the Offline Process

In single cases it may be useful to launch further actions after the Excel files have been generated in the Allevo offline process (e.g. forwarding the generated files).

A suitable program can be integrated with the constant OFFLINE_GEN_PROGRAM. Important: in this case it is a Windows program, that must be installed on the local workstation (it is thus not about an SAP / ABAP program).

The program name (incl. path specification) must be entered in column Value from.

Optional parameters, which are transferred when starting the program, must be specified in column Value to.

Allevo does not start reading the offline files until the called program is finished.

Note:

The constant only applies for the automatic upload of offline files. When uploading a file in Excel planning view, OFFLINE_PLAN_PROGRAM is not considered. See also OFFLINE_GEN_PROGRAM for calling an additional processing after generation of offline files.
