Profit Center Integration with Version Synchronization of Actual Data

PC_INT_VERSION

*  from Allevo version 2.8

If profit center accounting is performed using the new general ledger, actual data (record type 0 and 2) are by default stored in version 1 version (table FAGLFLEXT).

Consequently, there is a difference in the actual data version, when profit center integration is used from another object type (e.g. cost center).  While actual data of the cost center are used in version 0, the profit center actual data are used in version 1.

A version conflict arises when determining Allevo column definitions if data are now combined during reading in the Allevo Master, i.e. some cost elements from cost center accounting and other cost elements from profit center accounting.

Allevo therefore normally uses version 1 to read data form table FAGLFLEXT. If actual data are however available in another version, this different version can be specified in the constant PC_INT_VERSION under Value from.

Note:

This constant is only relevant when using profit center integration for a different object type. Constant PC_INT must also be activated and contain the ledger information in Value to. A further requirement is the reference to the SAP table FAGLFELXT for constant PC_READTABLE, here in column Value from.
