Company Code Selection in Reporting (Profit Center)

Normally, the Allevo start screen for profit center accounting contains also a specification on the relevant company code. In case that one profit center is assigned to several company codes, a superordinate evaluation of data may be useful. For this purpose, it is possible to activate the display panel of the company code within Allevo reporting for data entry. The function key F4 then displays the company codes for the current controlling area.

With the constant PC_REP_COMP_SEL activated, an entry of * adds the display of the sum over all the company codes.

The constant is activated via X in column Value from.

Note:

The summation across several company codes only leads to useful results if the controlling area currency is also taken in consideration, or the company code currency is the same everywhere. See also constant NO_COMPANYCODE as alternative for reading without a predefined company code.
