Distribution Key for Rule Planning

PLAN_DISKEY

* from Allevo version 2.9.28

In the Allevo Standard, the distribution key in rule planning is either transferred from the stored rules (see |Settings – Rules for activity type dependent planning|, table /KERN/IPPFIXVAR) or is automatically defined as 1 (if not specified in the rules).

The constant allows transferring a distribution key (for fixed and variable rates) from the Allevo Master (e.g. in case the key is year-dependent, or when available distribution keys should be copied).

The constant is generally activated by entering X in column Value from. Alternatively, a specific column definition may be entered here (the constant thus impacts only one individual plan-column definition).

Determining a fixed distribution key:

§  If the fixed distribution key is set in Excel, this key is transferred.

§  If the key is not set in Excel, the previous distribution key is read to KL object (primary/secondary).

§  If no key can be read, 2 is automatically used.

The determination of the variable distribution key runs similar, with the only difference that the fixed OR the variable key is used by Excel. The variable key has the priority; only if it is not set, the fixed key will be used. When using the key from SAP, ONLY the variable key is employed.

Note:

The definition of the distribution keys stored in rule planning has still has a higher priority than the specifications in the constant PLAN_DISKEY.
