When planning secondary costs for orders and WBS elements, the distribution key for fixed and variable costs must be transferred to the BAPI.

The fixed distribution key for cost centers can also be transferred on the variable key via the constant PLAN_DK_FIXVAR.

The constant is activated by entering X in column Value from.
