Cumulated Actual Costs of WBS elements |

PSP_ACT_CUMULATE
* from Allevo version 2.9.13 (extended for 3.4.33)
Background: when working with projects or WBS elements, Allevo offers several special features regarding the aggregation of data within the project hierarchy (see also section „Special features of 1:n settings for projects“ in the Allevo SAP manual). On the level of a WBS element however, only actual and plan values recorded directly for the WBS element are normally being displayed. Constant PSP_ACT_CUMULATE helps to create a sum total for each WBS, including the values of all subordinate WBS elements. Activation is performed by X in column Value from.
In addition, the project hierarchy level up to which the accumulation should operate, can be entered in column Value to. In this case, costs of all subordinate levels are adopted; they are therefore available only on the levels specified. The superordinate levels only contain values that had been directly assigned there.
Alternatively, an entry P allows to sum up all values in the project and assign them to the current WBS element. This serves especially to display total project values if there is no root element available in the project („Value to“ is of no importance in this case).
In case of WBS elements with contents originating from accumulation, the line item list also includes the positions of the subordinate levels.

Note: |
A constant of the same name is also available in ProCED. This additionally allows to restrict a list containing the WBS elements used in Allevo MultiObject to one level from the start (the same level must of course be entered there in order to achieve a correct cost representation). |
