Project Level in Allevo Multi

With the constant PSP_MULTI, several parameters relevant for project planning in Allevo Multi may be set. Among other things, also a level may be specified here so that only Excel work sheets for the WBS elements of the selected project level are created.

If this level is not constant but depending on the respective project structure, the constant PSP_MULTI_LEVEL may be useful. In this case, the level is read using any table of the project (e.g. also append field of table PROJ).

The name of the table must be entered in column Value from (e.g. PROJ), and the name of the corresponding field of the database table in column Value to. The actual project number is always used during reading. A numeric value must be set in the corresponding field. 

Note:

The level specification in Value from may be used in the constant PSP_MULTI in this case. Thus, e.g. 10 must be entered instead of 102 (2 for the level). Otherwise, the constant PSP_MULTI_LEVEL remains ineffective. If an invalid table- or field name is entered, the constant is ignored (no error message is displayed). The level remains 0.
