Read WBS Elements and Assigend Objects

PSP_WITH_OBJECTS

* from Allevo version 2.7.2

This constant controls whether the objects assigned to the WBS elements (orders incl. networks and procedures) are included in reading. The following options are available for Value from:

§  Blank
Orders (including networks) and network procedures are not included.

§  1
Orders (including networks) are included.

§  2
Orders (including networks) and network procedures are included.

§  3
Only network procedures are included.

§  4
Only orders (including networks) from SAP table AUFK are read, meaning that the WBS element is assigned on the basis of the order master record and not of the order position.

If orders are also read, the affiliation of the order to the WBS element is determined from the order master record (AUFK)) and the order position (AUPO) (not for status 4).

This functionality may also be used in combination with the function 1/n.

In single cases, it may be useful to include only certain columns when reading data (e.g. to ignore current plan columns during reading). The value category assigned to the column definition is the corresponding characteristic. An entry in column Value to on the constant controls selection:

·         For entry 1, all column definitions containing actual data are excluded,

·         for 2, plan data are excluded.

·         Without an entry, all columns are read.

From Allevo 3.4, a button in the settings on the column group serves to handle plan columns in this way exclusively.

Note:

Starting from Allevo version 3.0, constant PSP_WITH_OBJECT_OR may be used in order to further limit relevant orders. Additionally, this constant allows for restriction via order type or order category.

Note:

Constant PSP_WITH_OBJECTS may also be used in combination with the constant ONETON_IMZO (investment management), i.e. the orders assigned to WBS elements are also included during reading of data.
