READ_DISKEY

Constant for reading the distribution key planned last

By default, a suffix of the corresponding column definition defines the distribution key of year to periods (suffix _DKF and _DKV with regard to Fix or Variable, in Allevo versions earlier than 3.0, it was column key CY_DISKEY).

Constant READ_DISKEY serves to alternatively use a distribution curve for this purpose, stored already on the posting element in SAP.  A newly entered annual value will then be distributed to periods as specified there by the previous plan values. Activate this constant by entering the following values in column Value from:

§ X or V activates reading the distribution key for values.

§ Q activates reading the distribution for quantities.

Table COKP, fields FCMEF and FCMEV are used for reading (distribution key Fix or Variable). If plan data are not yet available here, Allevo will automatically use the default distribution key 2, in this case leading to an equal distribution.  

Note:

Constant DISKEY_READ_ALL may be used to alternatively read the “Total“ distribution key instead of the “Fix“ key.

New from Allevo version 3.0:

If constant READ_DISKEY is active and the fields for „Sending cost center“ as well as „Sending activity type“ are filled, the fix (!) distribution keys will be read from COKS for row definitions C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K and O (otherwise from COKP as before).  

In 1/n planning via cost element groups, the distribution key is automatically read via the corresponding planning cost type.
