Provide Status Information in MO

READ_STATUS

By default, the planning screen shows the Allevo status of the start object (displayed via CC_STATUS in the Excel Master).

In the case of MultiObject, however, it might be important, to know the status of each planning object listed. Constant READ_STATUS activates this function. Transfer of the status information is performed analogous to the planning comments: i.e. a column definition (for years) via which the status of the SAP page will be presented, must be stored in the system. This column definition is to be entered in column Value from of the constant READ_STATUS

Column definition CY_R9 is created for the desired layout. If necessary, an option “Read comment only” can be set there in order to deactivate non-relevant characteristics: in this case, the ID of the column definition should also be specified in the mandatory field “Comment from” (in this case CY_R9). CY_R9_N must then be entered in the Allevo Master in order to read the status information.
