Parameters for Copying Status Information

STATUS_COPY

To easily set up planning in a different fiscal year or a different version, all objects currently intended for planning may be transferred to a different combination of plan year and version in the Allevo status management (see corresponding chapter in the Allevo SAP manual).

Constant STATUS_COPY allows to protect this function against unintended call via an additional authorization. This must be specified by entering the appropriate authorization group in column Value from.

Example:

Upon entry of an authorization group IPP_ST5, the copy function is only permitted to employees that may also set status 5 in the status management.
