Read Planned Activity Prices also for Value Category Actual

This constant exists for reasons of compatibility with the previous versions.

In Allevo versions preceding 3.0, only planned activity prices were read, also if value category “Actual” was entered in the column definition. Now, actual activity prices are read if specified in the column definition.

The constant allows reproducing the former situation: value type 01 for reading the planned prices must then be entered in column Value from.

In principle, any other value type for reading the data could be entered as well.
