TASK_VARIANT_ACT
* from Allevo version 3.0
In report transactions, SAP offers an opportunity to store selection parameters in variants in order to simplify working with recurring calls.
Such a function is also available in the Allevo planning transactions: in transaction /ALLEVO/KS for example, the planner may save the combinations of cost centers and layouts relevant for him and call them again later if required. These Allevo selection variants are always saved specifically for the current user.
In addition, the selection variants in action also create a basis for the entries in the superordinate agenda transaction.
Via the constant TASK_VARIANT_ACT, you may define how selection variants/agenda entries are maintained. The constant is always extracted from the * layout and is activated via an entry in column Value from. The following options may be selected:
· U (= User Maintenance):
The user may save own variants directly in the respective Allevo planning transaction (Strg + S).
·
C (= Central Maintenance):
The variants are provided centrally by controlling in order to, for instance,
deliver a list of planning tasks to the planner that he is responsible for. The
entry is made via Excel functions (employees in the Controlling need to have
authorization group ZIPP_SET).
·
X = Both:
Both variants of entries are possible: either centrally, or from the planner
himself.
Transaction codes for which an agenda should be explicitly editable, can optionally be specified in column Value to (e.g. “KSM” if only cost centers Multi should be used; multiple objects are also possible separated by comma). Without such an entry, the tasks for individual, Multi and MultiObject of the respective object type can be maintained. If an invalid entry is made, the selection of variants for all the calls of the actual object type will be blocked.

Transaction /KERN/IPPSTART_MNT is available for the entry via the Excel interface; with an appropriate authorization, it can also be called through the icon “Tools” in the cockpit. |
