Transfer of Specific User Data to Excel

Normally, the SAP user name is transferred to Excel in the field GLOBAL_USER.

Using constant USER_DATA, it is also possible to include other contents here: currently, a transfer of user role is implemented. The first role prescribed to a user is always transferred first (from a list of relevant roles).

To activate the transfer of the user roles, an R must be entered in column Value from of the constant.

The list of roles relevant for this function must be specified in column Value to (separated by comma).

Note:

The transfer of roles can be used e.g. for role specific navigation on the side of Excel.
