Warning during Planning without Prior Reading

Requirement: planning is performed via the button |Adopt planning data|.

If the planner wants to adopt planning data from Excel to SAP and clicks on the corresponding button, it is checked whether the reference data have already been read in this particular session. If not, warning or error messages can be generated:

· If W is entered in column Value from, the text specified in column Value to (128 characters) will appear as a warning message.

· If E is entered, the text will appear as an error message.

· If I is entered, the message will be displayed as an information box with an option of cancelling the transaction.

Note:

This function can be used to avoid transferring data from Excel to SAP without prior reading.
