Warnings in Status 3

Background: If Allevo is partially used in the offline mode, a risk occurs that the object (e.g. a cost center) will be changed directly in the system by one employee, while another employee enters the planning data through an offline file, imports them later and thus overwrites the previous data.

In this situation, it can be useful to have a message displayed on the screen once Allevo is started in case an object already contains the planning data.

· The constant is activated with an entry in column Value from. The form of the message is controlled by the entry: W generates a warning, with I, an infobox appears with an option of cancelling, E creates an error message and prevents further execution of Allevo.

· The text to be displayed in the respective message must be entered in column Value to.

Requirement: an object (e.g. cost center) has status 3 and the button |Start planning| is pressed.

Note:

This function can thus be used if the planning process allows to keep working with a once generated Excel file. Here, working simultaneously online and with the file shall be prevented. The function is only active if Allevo is called for one single object (i.e. e.g. not when starting via the tree).
